Time for a great beach shack, it’s been a while. For those newbies who fail to draw a line between Mid-Century Modernist architecture and our favourite national symbol of Australian holidays long gone, then time to read over one of our early rants one more time. For everyone else; sigh and enjoy. This example, so pure to its times, we dare say is a goner already under offer before being publicly listed, its position on a burgeoning peninsula where land size is a prize far greater than the home in situ, seals its fate.
