We steadfastly reject any suggestion of ‘inspired renovation’ (inspired by what? by whom?) let alone ‘redevelopment’ (get that S.T.C.A outta here!) for this is clearly a move-straight-in prospect. A cosy and cool residence, one of many versions from project builders Fasham Johnson (early 70s?), it seems immaculately cared for and its design, one of intelligence and good living, with the cream and mission colourway and beamed ceilings echoing that of their Northern project compatriots Pettit & Sevitt. We’d only perhaps suggest adding a pool out back (huge land to work with here gang!) and maybe a little more decor dash; removing the washed-out floral for a triumphant return of burnt orange, grass green or valiant purple to really get that party started.
